4.2.1.Qwindo Settings

The Qwindo Settings section contains the main required settings, these settings are:

1 Allow Qwindo product Feed This option enables the Qwindo feed. If this option is disabled the Feed won’t be processed
2 Disable Fastcheckout pay buttons Qwindo requires Fastcheckout to be configured and active (this is needed as this method will be used as a payment method when creating the order). With this option you can disable/remove the Fastcheckout buttons within the webshop so consumers can’t use it and its only active for Qwindo
3 Upload your store logo Here you need to upload a store logo. The logo must be 150x150px in .png format
4 Qwindo Key This is the Qwindo API Key. You can find this within your MultiSafepay website profile in your
MultiSafepay account (If Qwindo is enabled for this website profile). For more information go to Getting Started.
5 Hash ID This is the Qwindo HASH ID. You can find this within your MultiSafepay website profile in your
MultiSafepay account (If Qwindo is enabled for this website profile). For more information go to Getting Started.
6 Short Store Description This is a small 150 characters description of your store, used within Qwindo.
7 Long Store Description This is a long store description, maximum 2000 characters long and is used within Qwindo.
8 Chamber of Commerce This is your Chamber of Commerce number.
9 Opening hour This is the opening hour of your offline store. If you don’t have an offline store then you can
set it to 00:00.
10 Closing hour This is the closing hour of your offline store. If you don’t have an offline store then you can set
it to 00:00.
11 Open on Monday / Sunday These settings allow you to configure the days the store is open or processes orders. For example, if your webshop accepts orders, but doesn’t process them within the weekend then you can set Saturday and Sunday to closed. But if you do respond to emails etc, you can set them to open.

13 Terms and Conditions This is the URL to your Terms and Conditions.
14 Process stock update requests Set to Yes when you have stock control active within your website (Located under Configuration->Catalog->Inventory and then the Manage Stock configuration). This will enable additional stock request when the consumer is ordering within Qwindo. Whenever you don’t do stock control then it should be set to No.
15 Order Notification method This is a legacy setting and should be set to Push.
